WNT Online Shop

Facts you should know

In the implementation of the WNT Online Shop we have tried to ensure that you can use it quickly and intuitively. Nevertheless, you may still have questions or want to make sure that you gain the maximum benefit from the correct use of the Shop. We will give you answers to the most frequently asked questions on the following pages. Should you not find the answer to your question, we will be very happy to answer any queries personally on our free phone customer service number.

Questions regarding use

Registration is of course also possible for new customers. You only need to complete the short registration form at www.wnt.com/register and send it to us. After verification of your data we will activate your access for the online shop.

Each employee that is authorized to order or raise purchase requisitions will receive a personalized access to the shop. However, purchase requisitions are subject to approval by an order.

In the Administration module, it is possible, regardless of the billing address, to specify different delivery addresses.

You can per order and per item define different cost centers. This information is then specified in the following documents (delivery note, invoice).

Questions about ordering

The quotation feature gives you the option to let us create an individual quotation. Once you have logged in, select the Shopping Cart ‘New Request’, then select the item for which you want a quote and send us your request. A short time later you will receive your customized quotation.

No matter whether the order was by phone, in person or via the online shop - under ‘My WNT’ all orders that you have ever placed with WNT are stored. You can always review what you have ordered and which products and download and print the accompanying statement as PDF.

We have models according to the applicable standard for cutting tools (ISO 13399) in all popular formats, such as DXF, STL, STEP or PDF stored in the online shop.

A call to our Customer Service Center is sufficient to cancel the order.

Even if you order via the online shop, our service to you remains unchanged. For technical issues or other questions, our field and office based Technical Sales Engineers are still available to work with you as a competent partner with advice and practical help.

Questions about delivery

As with a telephone order, an online order is sent by Express delivery. When ordering up to 6:30 pm, the tool will be sent via Express for before noon delivery the next working day.

Questions about Security

Protecting your privacy is extremely important to us, accordingly our security standards are high to protect the data entrusted to us. We are always responsible for the information you provide to us and use it exclusively for the provision of business processes and to improve our support services. Cookies are specific identification characters that we transfer to the hard disk of your computer or other devices, so that our systems recognize your devices. Under the menu item ‘Forgotten your password?’ you have the option to request a new password. All you need is the e-mail address with which you registered. If this is no longer known, simply contact our Customer Service Center.
