Sales Office Here our sales office team answer our customer calls courteously and professionally with an average wait time of 3 seconds for the customer. We take the customers orders and make sure they receive the tools they expect the following morning before 12 noon.
Accounts Here our accounts team look after all our customers accounts so as to ensure they are up to date and business can continue seamlessly.
Toolservice Department Here our Toolservice team look after customers where we have installed our Toolservice vending system, ensuring they have the right tools at the right time and providing them with key information on their tooling spend and where it has been used.
